Georgia Credit Union Executives Association's Fall Meeting at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort

The Georgia Credit Union Executives Association held their third and final meeting of the year at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort, Braselton, Georgia on November 29 - December 1, 2001. The three- day meetings began on Thursday evening, November 29 with early registration and a cocktail reception.

The Friday, November 30 meetings featured a Human Resource Panel comprised of HR professionals Trish Wilson, GCUA, Jim McGraw, Lockheed Georgia Employees FCU, Barbara Siegfried, Robins Federal Credit Union and Helen McKinley, Atlanta Postal Credit Union followed by Regulatory Updates from Jim Baylen, NCUA and George Reynolds, Georgia Department of Banking and Finance. A reception, sponsored by Evans-Simpson & Associates, followed the meeting.

Saturday morning, December 1, featured a breakfast buffet, sponsored by Cooperative Services, Inc., and the Manager's Forum, a two-hour session devoted to discussion of current credit union topics and networking among Georgia credit union leaders. The first meeting in 2002 will be held March 14-16 in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
